Shipping
Hottrendzearrings.com ship within 48 to 72 hours of receiving order unless the order is placed on the weekend and or holiday, then the order will be shipped on the following business day. We ship U.S.P.S Ground Shipping. There is a flat rate for shipping which is $3.50. We have free shipping for orders that is over $25.00. All orders have a tracking number through U.S.P.S, which will be sent to you by email. If you would like us to ship out a package faster contact us at info@hottrendzearrings.com and we will send you an invoice through Paypal for the additional charges.
Refunds
We only give refunds for Defective and Damaged Merchandise due to type of products we sell(fashion jewelry) . If you recieve Defective or Damaged Merchadise, Contact us within 7 days of receiving your package at info@hottrendzearrings.com for a refund or credit whichever your choice. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Customers are only allowed to get credit for orders not satisfied with because Colors and Sizes are posted on the product page. Contact us within 7 days from the time you receive your package for credit approval . Shipping is customers responsiblility and we will not accept collect packages. Once the merchandise is recieved you will be issued a credit.
